The winemaking process begins with a cold maceration of 8 to 12 hours. After a pneumatic pressing, the alcohol is fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel vats, and the wine is aged on its lees until clearing.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe wine is then filtered and bottled. Color: Straw yellow with green hues.
