Who are we

Circulo was born from the journey of two people – Julen and Víctor – who share the same mission: to give Spanish gastronomy the place it deserves in the Netherlands.

Julen

In 2022, a Spaniard arrived in Amsterdam and noticed the limited presence of Spanish gastronomy in the Dutch market. Driven by a passion for Spanish cuisine, he developed a unique concept to introduce the finest Spanish products to the Netherlands.

Victor

Since moving to Amsterdam in 2016, Víctor has built his career in Michelin-starred kitchens, mastering premium ingredients. In 2021, he transitioned into food service, specializing in importing and distributing high-end Spanish products to the Dutch horeca market, connecting producers with top professional kitchens.

Fernando

Since relocating to Mexico in 2017, Fernando has built a robust career in the digital ecosystem, mastering online marketing and web analytics for a major hotel chain and its high-end restaurants. Upon returning to Spain in 2025, he has transitioned into strategic consultancy, leveraging his eight years of international experience to help boutique hotels and ecommerce platforms optimize their digital growth and data-driven positioning.
