This iberico ham, certified by 5J as a guarantee of authenticity and maximum quality, comes from 100% Iberian pigs raised free-range in the pastures of Jabugo, in the Sierra de Huelva. According to expert tasters, this iberico ham is considered one of the best in the world.

The product is presented in 80-gram sachets with thin slices expertly knife-cut. It is cured using traditional methods and naturally, lasting between 2 and 3 years, allowing for perfect maturation that highlights its flavors and textures. It stands out for its juicy and tender texture and its marbled fat, which provides a unique sensorial experience.

To preserve its unique flavor, it is essential to keep the ham in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. 5J is born from the genetic selection and breeding of the finest purebred Iberian pigs. Of the annual herd of Iberian pigs in Spain, only a small fraction meets the requirements to become a 5J.
