Cantabrian 00 anchovies are the highest quality and largest variety. The thickness and size of their loins allow us to better appreciate their characteristic flavor. The anchovies are prepared using completely traditional and artisanal methods, dedicating the necessary time to each anchovy loin, on the one hand, to lower the salt concentration, and on the other, to remove all bones and ultimately achieve the best aromas of the fish.

The finished anchovies are packaged for preservation in neutral oil (sunflower) so that it does not interfere with the authentic flavor of the anchovy. If desired, they can be served with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil for a distinctive touch.

Use as a perfect appetizer, served over a slice of bread or brioche to get the best out of this product.

Semi-preserve: Keep refrigerated up to 7°C. Once opened, keep covered with oil and consume within 7 days.
