Cecina de León is probably the best beef ham available in Spain and the world, and its value for money is spectacular. Starting with the butchered hindquarters of older cattle, preferably native breeds of Castile and León, and by curing select meats for a minimum of seven months (up to 18 or 24 months depending on the meat's characteristics) and lightly smoking with oak and holm oak from our forests, we obtain the finest beef cecina.

This is the most prestigious food product from the province of León and is an exclusive product in Spain, being the only beef ham registered and protected as a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) due to its special characteristics. The low fat content of Cecina de León, its high protein content, and its culinary versatility make cecina an exquisite alternative.

Keep refrigerated between 2°C and 8°C. Remove from packaging 20 minutes before consumption and maintain at room temperature. Once opened, consume it within 5 to 7 days, keeping the ham refrigerated and covered.
