This Kit contains a Valencian paella pan and a 34 cm polished iron paella pan that you can cook on both a gas and induction hob.

The polished iron paella pan is the most traditional type of paella pan and the one most commonly used in the hospitality industry. It offers greater resistance thanks to its excellent thickness, which prevents warping of the pan under high-intensity heat.

Pack: Store in a cool, dry place upright. Swirl, without shaking, before use. Paella Pan: requires minimal maintenance: after cleaning it with water and detergent, it should be oiled inside and out to prevent rust. It is recommended to store it in a protected, dry place inside its case. Best before 24 months after manufacture. Once opened, store in the refrigerator (+4°C) for up to 3 days or in the freezer (-18°C) using a suitable container for up to 1 month.
