The Iberian acorn-fed loin is one of the most special parts of the pig. It is made from the Iberian presa, located in the loin area of the Iberian pig, which is characterized by its intense and balanced flavor, creamy texture, and high content of healthy fats.

It is one of the juiciest and best cuts of pork. The presa is stuffed and cured for a period of about 90 days. The main difference between the loin and the lomito lies in the part of the pig they come from: the loin comes from the loin (long, under the ribs), while, as we mentioned, the lomito is made from the Iberian presa (a smaller muscle between the shoulder blades).

Serve thinly sliced at room temperature with crusty bread and crushed tomato, or pair with a spanish wine.

Store in a cool, dry place. Maintain at room temperature for 15 minutes before consumption. Once opened, consume it within 5 to 7 days, keeping the ham refrigerated and covered.
