Preparation of Paella with Iberian Ribs and Wood-Roasted Peppers: The pack includes a container of rice broth with ribs and peppers, prepared over a wood fire and served on a paella burner. Each container includes the liquid part (broth) and the solid part (ribs and peppers) for 2 or 3 servings.

A 3-serving bag of rice (270g) is also included, to cook with the broth and the ribs and peppers, thus completing the paella. This wood-fired preparation is made with 100% Señorío de Montanera Iberian Acorn-Fed Ribs, from purebred Iberian pigs raised free-range in the pastures of Extremadura and fed exclusively on acorns and other natural resources during the montanera period.
