Pur hams are carefully selected, hand carve sliced and vacuum-packed in 80g bags. The shoulder ham comes from the front leg of the pig, which provides certain nuances compared to the ham (hind leg) in terms of flavor and texture, as it has greater fat infiltration, giving it a more intense and uniform flavor, as well as a more fibrous texture.

Therefore, the shoulder ham is cured for a shorter time than for ham. Knife-cut, it has a juicy and creamy texture and a long, intense aroma, reminiscent of wild acorns. The Iberico Bellota Shoulder Ham comes from selected Iberico pigs raised in holm oak and cork oak forests, fed only on grass and acorns.

Serve the thin slices at room temperature with crusty bread and crushed tomato, or pair with a spanish wine.

Store it in a cool, dry, and dark place. You can refrigerate it between 5° and 10°C, although this is not essential for vacuum-packed Iberian ham. Before eating, let it cool for about 30 minutes outside the refrigerator to enhance its flavor and aroma. Once opened, consume it within 5 to 7 days, keeping the ham refrigerated and covered.

Standard delivery: Orders placed before 17:00 (5:00 PM) are delivered on the next business day. Orders placed after 17:00 are delivered within 1–2 business days, depending on the order time and destination.
