This Extra vigrin Olive Oil (EVOO) has an intense aroma of green olives and nuances of freshly cut green grass. On the palate, it maintains its Picual essence with a balanced bitterness and moderately intense spiciness, reminiscent of green artichoke, green almond, and tomato.

Its color is very intense and clean. Due to its intrinsic aroma and flavor characteristics, this EVOO is recommended for pairing with raw products, especially on toast and salads, where its color and intense flavor can be appreciated. Obtained directly from olives and only through mechanical procedures

Use as a finishing oil for salads, grilled vegetables, seafood or over warm bread to highlight its character.
