Description
Description
Piparras by Conservas Sartaguda, crafted in Sartaguda, Navarra.
Located in Sartaguda, in the province of Navarre, this family business has been producing artisanal preserves using produce from the Ebro River's gardens since 1994. They offer carefully selected and carefully curated garden produce in a preserved format.
In the heart of the Ribera Alta del Río Ebro, our piparras grow on fertile, mineral-rich slopes, bathed by the sun of a temperate Mediterranean climate, with cool nights and warm days. This product is only found in the Basque Country and Navarre, due to their geographical and meteorological conditions.
They are characterized by their thin skin and tender flesh. Our piparras average between 7 and 12 cm in size and are preserved in low-acid, low-salt white wine vinegar. When you put one in your mouth, you'll notice an explosion of flavor on your palate and a slight shiver that will run through your body, sure to make you want to come back for more.
Enjoy on its own or use to elevate everyday cooking with authentic Spanish character.
