Natural octopus cooked in its own juice. In the Rías Baixas, octopuses are caught using pots, one of the oldest and most traditional sustainable fishing methods. Those that don't meet the minimum size are returned to the sea.
Don Bocarte octopus is characterized by being cooked in its own juice, maintaining all its flavor and texture. Since octopus is a quality raw material, different cooking methods are applied to obtain a meaty product with a very special flavor.
