Salchichon 100% Iberico by Quarentena.

100% acorn-fed Iberian salchichón (approximately 450g), vacuum-packed and packaged in a recycled kraft cardboard tube. Iberian Salchichón is made with prime cuts of Iberian pork, such as presa, pluma, and secreto, which are combined with bacon to provide a smooth texture and seasoned with salt and pepper.

It has an intense, strong aroma and a perfect balance of fat, lean meat, and the perfect amount of pepper. The salchichón is then cured in drying sheds and natural cellars. It's a perfect appetizer, cut into thin slices with breadsticks, in a sandwich, or as an ingredient to add flavor to any dish.

Serve thinly sliced at room temperature with crusty bread and crushed tomato, or pair with a spanish wine.

Store in a cool, dry place. Maintain at room temperature for 15 minutes before consumption. Once opened, consume it within 5 to 7 days, keeping the ham refrigerated and covered.
