Authentic Mallorcan sobrasada from Can Company made with carefully selected meats from free-range black and white pigs raised on Can Company's own farms. It's then seasoned with Tap de CortÍ paprika and then carefully cured for 3 to 4 months.

It's ideal on its own or accompanied by bread, honey, cakes, or as a complement to all kinds of recipes. A unique product for its quality, texture, and flavor that will leave you speechless.
