Julitos Frozen Products are shipped with dry ice to ensure they arrive perfectly frozen and fresh at your doorstep. Please read the following instructions carefully upon receiving your package:

  • Do Not Touch with Bare Hands: Dry ice is extremely cold (−78.5 °C / −109.3 °F) and can cause severe freeze burns. Always use protective gloves, tongs, or a thick towel to handle it.
  • Storage: Immediately place your Julitos products into the freezer.
  • Safe Disposal: Leave any remaining dry ice in a well-ventilated area outside or away from children and pets, and let it sublimate (evaporate) naturally. Never put dry ice in the freezer, sink, or a closed container.

Description

Txuleta Prime Steak - 0.5 kg by Txogitxu.

Txuleta is one of the star products of Basque cuisine. Our Spanish Txuleta (approximately 1 kg/serving for two people) is carefully selected from cows between 12 and 20 years old. The cut comes from the low loin of the animal and is characterized by the textures and aromas of old, fat cows.

This is due to the accumulation of fat and the development of the animal's muscles over time. It is freshly cut and aged for 2 to 4 weeks.

Grill over high heat for a caramelized crust and juicy interior; share with sea salt and a bold red.

Experience Basque steak at its boldest.
