Sherry Vinegar - 250 ml by Romate in collaboration with Quarentena, crafted in Jerez, Cádiz, Andalucía.

A bright, transparent, amber-colored vinegar. Made from Palomino grapes and aged for at least one year, its aroma has a characteristic vinous undertone. Its mild, pleasant, acetic flavor, reminiscent of oloroso wine, makes it especially suitable for dressings, marinades, salads and vinaigrettes.
