Where do you ship from and to?

We ship from our warehouse in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Products are previously imported from Spain.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 2–5 business days. Your exact ETA appears at checkout and in your tracking email.

How much is shipping?

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and address. Free-shipping promos may apply.

Will I pay customs or duties?

No. Orders ship within the EU, so there are no customs or import duties for the Netherlands.

Are chilled items (cheese, cold cuts) shipped cold?

Yes. We use insulated packaging and cooling packs, and we try to dispatch early in the week. Please refrigerate upon delivery.

Can I return my order?

Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days. Perishable foods can’t be returned unless damaged or incorrect. Start a return via your order confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

iDEAL, major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay (availability shown at checkout).

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Prices display VAT where applicable; the final VAT amount is shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link once your package is on the way.

What if something arrives damaged or warm?

Snap a few photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery—we’ll sort a replacement or refund.
