No. Orders ship within the EU, so there are no customs or import duties for the Netherlands.
Yes. We use insulated packaging and cooling packs, and we try to dispatch early in the week. Please refrigerate upon delivery.
Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days. Perishable foods can’t be returned unless damaged or incorrect. Start a return via your order confirmation.
